The natural leather is locally sourced, and only the finest 4/5 ounce veg-tan leather is used. The Rustic/Gold and Rawhide/Black options use "leatherette, " an artificial leather. This synthetic leather is durable and is still covered in a protective coating. The patches are approximately 3.75-inches wide by 2.75-inches tall.
